Has worked for over 12 years in the careers field and has a Foundation in Counselling and Interpersonal Skills.
For the last ten years she has been an adult education tutor and has specialised in basic skills and computing. She has run a number of workshops especially for Women Returners or the Over 50s.
She has an M.A. from Oxford University and a PGCE from Exeter University.
Jackie has published over fifteen books, including "Essential Computing Skills for Working Women or Returners". Her latest book is "How to Find Work When You're Over 50".
